2-2-4: BUSINESS RECORDS:

The Village Clerk shall keep or cause to be kept a complete record of all business licenses issued by the Village for all businesses and/or occupations conducted within the Village, other than home occupations, and shall furnish the Village Treasurer with copies of each such license on not less than an annual basis.
