All connections from the main which is part of the LBBIP water system to a user shall be installed and all materials furnished by and at the cost of the owner of the property to be served or at the cost of the applicant for service. Such installations shall be under the supervision of the superintendent of water and sewers. At least two (2) business days' notice must be given to the superintendent by the owner or applicant before the superintendent will inspect such installations. (Ord. 98-O-07, 3-3-1998)
