Application to have water turned on shall be made to the Superintendent. The applicant must abide by and accept all of the provisions of this Title and other Village ordinances relating to the water and sewer system as a condition governing the use of the system, or either part thereof, by the applicant or his assigns. Failure to so comply is sufficient reason for the Village to terminate water and/or sewer service. (Ord. 98-O-07, 3-3-1998)
