Lake Barrington business and industrial park sanitary sewer system ("the LBBIP sanitary sewer system") and the Lake Barrington business and industrial park water system ("the LBBIP water system") shall be governed by the provisions of this title and the intergovernmental agreement for wastewater treatment services by and between the village of Fox River Grove and the village of Lake Barrington. In case of conflict the terms of the intergovernmental agreement shall prevail. (Ord. 98-O-07, 3-3-1998)
