(a) No person shall perform any work which has been ordered stopped after having been served with a stop work order or otherwise having notice of the stop work order, except such work as that person is directed to do by an official of the City to remove a violation or unsafe condition. Each act or violation shall constitute a separate offense. A separate offense shall also be deemed to be committed each day during or on which an act or violation occurs or continues.
(b) No person, other than a duly authorized law enforcement official, shall remove a posted stop work order notice from any work side.
