§ 51.078 EXCESSIVE USE CHARGE.
   Any user of the service of the town’s sewer system making excessive and abnormal use over and above usual and normal use as determined by the average daily inflow meter readings at the town’s sewer lagoons shall be subject to a rate to be determined by Board of Trustees.
