Any building that is used for both business and single living quarters shall be charged the minimum monthly in-town or out-of-town fee, as the case may be, for water plus such additional usage charge as determined by monthly meter readings, and for applicable monthly in-town or out-of-town sewer rate, as the case may be, as established by the Board of Trustees by resolution from time to time. With respect to any building that is used for business(es) and/or multiple living quarters, the charge for each such unit shall be the minimum monthly in-town or out-of-town fee, as the case may be, for water plus such additional usage charge as determined by monthly meter readings for the total unit, and for each such unit, the applicable monthly in-town or out-of-town sewer rate, as the case may be, as established by the Board of Trustees by resolution from time to time. All of the foregoing shall apply whether or not the units, and any of them, are occupied.
