§ 51.076 USE CALCULATION AND PARTIAL USE.
   The use period for the water system shall be from meter reading to the subsequent month’s meter reading, and the use period for the sewer system shall be from the first day of each month to the last day of each month. The connection or use to either the water system or sewer system for any portion of the month shall result in a full month’s billing charge.
