§ 51.034 WATER USE OUTSIDE TOWN.
   The town may furnish and provide water for persons or property outside the incorporated areas of the town upon the terms and rate as set by the Board of Trustees from time to time. Priority shall first be given to town inhabitants and commercial business establishments located within the incorporated limits of the town prior to providing such outside-of-town services.
