§ 51.031 WATER RATES; RESPONSIBILITY IN MULTIPLE-TENANT PROPERTY.

In the case of multiple-tenant property, only one meter shall be installed and it shall be the owner of the property thereof to make allocation as he or she sees fit among his or her tenants and, in any event, the owner of such property shall be solely responsible for the payment of the water charges as determined by meter readings from time to time.
