The tap fees to be paid to the town for connections to said town water system for all connections after the effective date of this chapter shall be $1,250. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to change the rates from time to time by an appropriate resolution adopted at any regular or special meeting of the Board at which a quorum is present and only after notice to all water users.
