For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
EQUIPMENT. Any tractor, backhoe, grader or any other similar type of maintenance equipment, owned or leased by the town the cab of which occupied by the operator thereof is an enclosed area, irrespective that windows thereof may be opened.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Any automobile, police cruiser, maintenance vehicle, firefighting equipment or vehicle, or snow plow owned by or leased by the town, the cab of which occupied by the operator thereof is an enclosed area, irrespective that windows thereof may be opened.
SMOKING. The carrying of a lighted pipe, lighted cigar or lighted cigarette of any kind and includes the lighting of a pipe, cigar or cigarette of any kind.
TOWN-OWNED BUILDING. Any and all buildings and any enclosed, indoor area owned by or leased by the Town of La Jara.
