§ 33.06 ZONING COMMISSION.
   Pursuant to C.R.S. Title 31, Article 23, Part 2, the Planning Commission of the town is hereby appointed the Zoning Commission and is charged with the responsibilities of such Zoning Commission as specified in the statutes.
