Pursuant to the provisions of C.R.S. Title 31, Article 23, Part 1, there is hereby created the Town Planning Commission to consist of seven members; there shall be four ex officio members consisting of the Mayor, one of the administrative officials selected by the Mayor, a member of the Board selected by the Mayor, and a member of the Board selected by the Board; the balance of the membership shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Board of Trustees. All members of such Commission shall be bona fide residents of the town, and if any member ceases to reside in the town, his or her membership on said Commission shall immediately terminate.
