§ 32.12 TOWN ATTORNEY.
   (A)   Employment status. An appointed position.
   (B)   General statement of duties. Advise Town Board on all legal issues and oversee preparation of all town ordinances and resolutions. Work directly with the Town Manager on all legal issues of the town.
   (C)   Supervision received. Reports to the Town Board.
   (D)   Qualification. Must be a licensed attorney in the state able to practice law in the state.
