§ 32.10 COURT CLERK.
   (A)   Employment status. Court Clerk is a hired position.
   (B)   General statement of duties. Maintains all records for the Municipal Court.
   (C)   Supervision received. Responsible to the Municipal Court Judge and the Town Clerk.
   (D)   Supervision exercised. None.
   (E)   Duties.
      (1)   Maintains all records for the Municipal Court;
      (2)   Assembles the court docket;
      (3)   Keeps records of all court proceedings; and
      (4)   Other related duties as assigned.
   (F)   Qualifications.
      (1)   Ability to use computers, file and record cases, ability to meet the public, and the ability to respectfully deal with all court defendants;
      (2)   Ability to take payments for fines and prepare statements for the State DMV regarding the deduction of point from driver’s licenses;
      (3)   Ability to issue summons and warrants for the court as directed by the Judge;
      (4)   Ability to work effectively with the Municipal Judge;
      (5)   Ability to work effectively with the Town Prosecutor; and
      (6)   Desired education and experience: a degree from an accredited high school or GED plus one year’s experience as a clerk.
