§ 32.08 MAINTENANCE PERSON.
   (A)   Employment status. Maintenance person is a hired position.
   (B)   General statement of duties. Responsible for all maintenance work assigned by department head or Town Manager.
   (C)   Responsible to. Head of Maintenance Department or Town Manager.
   (D)   General duties.
      (1)   Makes repairs on streets, water and sewer line when directed to do so;
      (2)   Cleans streets when directed;
      (3)   Responds to emergency calls for repair of broken sewer or water lines;
      (4)   Snow plowing;
      (5)   Capable of emergency on call on weekends;
      (6)   Insect control;
      (7)   Weed control;
      (8)   Assist Police Department with animal control;
      (9)   Ability to operate town equipment;
      (10)   Willingness to attend all classes assigned and receive certification in areas of expertise that will help the town;
      (11)   Is responsible for reporting potential maintenance problems to the department head; and
      (12)   All other related duties as assigned.
