(A) The International Energy Conservation Code, 2018 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, 500 New Jersey Avenue, NW, 6th Floor, Washington, DC 20001, Chapters Cl through C6 and RI through R6 inclusive, including Appendices (“IECC”), is hereby adopted by reference as the Town of La Jara Building Code as if fully set out in this Section with the additions, deletions, insertions, and changes as set forth in this Section.
(B) No building shall be hereafter constructed, erected, enlarged, altered or moved into the Town of La Jara unless the same shall, as to design, construction, quality of materials and workmanship, conform with the IECC, as adopted and as amended.
(1) The enforcement of the International Energy Conservation Code shall be in accordance with the phased implantation plan policy.
