The following sections of the adopted code are hereby revised as follows:
(A) Subsection 101.1, Title, is amended to insert Town of La Jara where indicated.
(B) Subsection 105.2, Permits, Building #2 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Fences not over six feet high.
(C) Subsection 105.2, Permits, Building #5 is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
#5 Sidewalks and driveways not more than 30 inches above adjacent grade, and not over any basement or story below and are not part of an accessible route.
(D) Subsection 105.2, Permits, Building is hereby amended by adding the following:
#11 Agricultural buildings as defined by this code and are approved by the code official. The parking of private or commercial vehicles is strictly prohibited within this structure and such use shall immediately revoke the Agricultural Exempt Building status and require a formal building permit with the associated fees.
(E) Subsection 202, Definitions is hereby amended by adding the following definition:
Agricultural Buildings: are those buildings or structures constructed for the sole purpose of housing farm implements, hay, grain, poultry, livestock or other horticultural products. This structure shall not be a place of human habitation or a place of employment where agricultural products are processed, treated or packaged, nor shall it be a place used by the public.
(F) Subsection R313.1, Townhouse Automatic Fire Sprinkler Systems, is hereby amended as follows:
R313.1 Townhouse automatic fire sprinkler systems. An automatic residential fire sprinkler system shall be installed in townhouses containing three or more attached dwelling units.
Exception: An automatic residential fire sprinkler system shall not be required where additions or alterations are made to existing townhouses that do not have an automatic residential fire sprinkler system installed.
(G) Subsection R313.2, One-and two-family dwelling automatic fire sprinkler systems, and its subsections are deleted in their entirety.
(H) Chapter 11, Energy Efficiency, is deleted in its entirety.
(I) Chapter 25, Plumbing Administration, is deleted in its entirety.
(J) Chapter 26, General Plumbing Requirements, is deleted in its entirety.
(K) Chapter 27, Plumbing Fixtures, is deleted in its entirety.
(L) Chapter 28, Water Heaters, is deleted in its entirety.
(M) Chapter 29, Water Supply and Distribution, is deleted in its entirety.
(N) Chapter 30, Sanitary Drainage, is deleted in its entirety.
(O) Chapter 31, Vents, is deleted in its entirety.
(P) Chapter 32, Traps, is deleted in its entirety.
(Q) Chapter 33, Storm Drainage, is deleted in its entirety.
(R) Chapter 34, General Requirements, is deleted in its entirety.
(S) Chapter 35, Electrical Definitions, is deleted in its entirety.
(T) Chapter 36, Service, is deleted in its entirety.
(U) Chapter 37, Branch Circuit and Feeder requirements, is deleted in its entirety.
(V) Chapter 38, Wiring Methods, is deleted in its entirety.
(W) Chapter 39, Power and Lighting Distribution, is deleted in its entirety.
(X) Chapter 40, Devices and Luminaires, is deleted in its entirety.
(Y) Chapter 41, Appliance Installation, is deleted in its entirety.
(Z) Chapter 42, Swimming Pools, is deleted in its entirety.
(AA) Chapter 43, Class 2 Remote-Control, Signaling and Power-Limited Circuits, is deleted in its entirety.
