Members of committees shall be filled by appointment by the Board of Trustees, unless otherwise provided by ordinance. Each temporary (ad hoc) committee shall consist of up to two members of the Board of Trustees and such other members as the Board of Trustees deems appropriate. All regular members shall have equal voting privileges on all questions. The members of all committees shall serve without compensation.
