§ 150.61 BUILDING PERMITS.
   (A)   (1)   No building, wall, structure or part thereof shall hereafter be built, enlarged or altered anywhere in the town until a plan of the proposed work, together with specifications showing any materials to be used, shall have been submitted to the Board of Trustees or to its Building Committee.
      (2)   If such plan and specifications comply with the provisions of this subchapter, the Board of Trustees or Building Committee shall issue a permit or the proposed construction, upon payment of the fees in § 150.02.
   (B)   No structure hereafter erected or altered within the town shall be occupied or used until a certificate of compliance with the provisions of this chapter shall have been issued by the Board of Trustees or its Building Committee. Such certificate shall be issued within ten days after the erection or alteration of any such building shall have been completed in compliance with the provisions of this subchapter.
