(A) The International Building Code, 2018 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, 500 New Jersey Avenue, NW, 6th Floor, Washington, DC 20001, Chapters 1 through 35 inclusive, is hereby adopted by reference as the Town of La Jara Building Code as if folly set out in this Section with the additions, deletions, insertions and changes as set forth in this Section.
(B) No building shall be hereafter constructed, erected, enlarged, altered or moved into the Town of La Jara unless the same shall, as to design, construction, quality of materials and workmanship, conform with the IBC, as adopted and as amended.
