(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 130.99.
(B) Any person convicted in the Municipal Court of the town of a violation of any term, provision or section of § 134.04 may be fined in an amount not to exceed $300.
