Any person who shall neglect to provide himself or herself with such license and give such bond aforesaid, before attempting to pursue any of the business aforesaid or who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not less than $50 nor more than $300 and forfeit his or her license if a license shall have been granted to him or her and the Board of Trustees may refuse to grant another license to such person.
