(A) All ball or ten-pin alleys and shooting galleries and all billiard or pool tables and rooms shall close daily at 12:00 a.m. and shall not open again for business before 7:00 a.m., except Sundays, when said establishments shall be permitted to remain open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
(B) Upon complaint made in writing to the Board of Trustees by any freeholder of the town that the licensee has violated any of the portions of this chapter, or upon reasonable evidence of such violation, the said Board of Trustees may summarily revoke his or her license pending an investigation and hearing.
