For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CONTRACTOR. Any person, co-partnership, association of persons, company or corporation to whom is awarded any contract for the construction, erection, repair, maintenance or improvement of any building, road, bridge or excavation to be performed within the incorporated limits of the town.
PERSON. Any individual, partnership, association, corporation or joint venture, or the legal representative of any of them.
