§ 111.12 SPECIAL EVENTS LICENSES.
   (A)   Any fair, rodeo or other event sponsored by a charitable organization, as defined in § 111.10, may, by resolution of the Town Board, obtain a license for the event which shall cover all vendors at the event provided that the following requirements are met:
      (1)   The sponsoring organizations shall file an application with the town for the event;
      (2)   The application shall include a list on such form as the Town Clerk may prescribe of all vendors, licensed or authorized by the organization sponsoring the event to sell merchandise at the event, together with such other information as the Town Clerk may deem necessary to carry out the intent and provisions of this chapter; and
      (3)   A fee in the amount of $100 for 14 days or less for each commercial vendor shall accompany the application.
   (B)   Any vendor who is licensed under the provisions of this section shall be exempted from the provisions of §§ 111.06 and 111.10 during and at the event.
