§ 111.09 LICENSE FEE.

   (A)   A fee for each of the licenses issued hereunder shall be as follows:

 

Term of License	License Fee
3 days or less	$5
More than 3 days but less than 30 days	$10
In excess of 30 days	$20

 

   (B)   For full-time residents of the town, an annual license fee and permit may be obtained by paying the Town Clerk the sum of $10 in advance. The term of the annual license shall be from January 1 of the year for which application therefor is made to December 31 of such calendar year.

   (C)   For nonresidents of the town, but full-time residents of the county, an annual license may be obtained by paying the town the sum of $10 per year in advance.

   (D)   The term of the annual license shall be from January 1 of the year for which application therefor is made to December 31 of such calendar year.
