The terms of this chapter do not apply to:
(A) Persons selling personal property at wholesale to dealers in such articles;
(B) Act of merchants or their employees in delivering goods in their regular course of business;
(C) Newspaper carriers;
(D) State licensed real estate brokers, salespersons and insurance agents;
(E) Employees of any public utilities;
(F) Automobile salespersons;
(G) Milk and milk producers and salespersons;
(H) Dissemination of information without solicitation of money or other consideration;
(I) Any sales required by statute or court order;
(J) Any bona fide auction sale;
(K) Any person selling food or food products grown or raised in the state; and
(L) Bona fide religious solicitation, if the solicitors do not attempt to sell merchandise other than books or tracts.
