Every license under this chapter shall do the following:
(A) Ascertain and at all times comply with all laws and regulations applicable to a licensed business, such to include, but not necessarily be limited to, compliance with all laws and regulations of any activity also requiring a concurrent licensing by the state or any of its agencies or political subdivisions;
(B) Avoid any illegal, dangerous or harmful practices or conditions which are detrimental to the public property, health, welfare, peace or safety; and
(C) Refrain from engaging in businesses on the licensed premises during the period the license is revoked or suspended.
