Upon the receipt of the application containing the information set forth in § 110.06, proof of the annual fee therefor has been paid in advance, the execution and delivery of any bond or insurance that may be required, the approval of the application for license where license is required and the fulfillment of all other specific requirements relating to the issuance of the particular license, the Town Clerk shall issue and deliver to the applicant the license requested.
