It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct any business on premises within the incorporated limits of the town without first having obtained an annual business license from the town. An annual business license shall be obtained for each place of business within the town, irrespective of whether the business conducted therein is a separate business or a branch, division or agency of a licensed business situated at another location within the town.
