At least one up-to-date copy of this code shall be kept in the office of the Town Clerk at all times, and such code may be available for public use in the office of the Town Clerk for inspection by any interested person at any time during regular office hours. In addition, the Town Clerk shall keep a master copy, which shall be the official code of the Town of La Jara. Such code may not be removed from the Town Clerk’s office except upon proper order of a court of law.
