§ 91.00 LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS AND STATEMENT OF PURPOSE.

It is necessary and desirable in the public interest to enact a nuisance Chapter of the La Jara Municipal Code in order to abate nuisances by eliminating conditions on property in the Town which continually and repeatedly increase blight, cause disease, annoyance to neighbors, impair quality of life and depress property values.
