SCHEDULE IV. TRAFFIC SIGNALS AUTHORIZED.

   Traffic-control signals of the type indicated herein are authorized to regulate traffic at the following named locations:

 

Location	Type of Signal
One Main Street just east of the intersection of Spruce and Main	Left turns at intersections only
The southeast corner of the intersection of Main Street and Walnut Street	Left turns at intersections only
The northwest corner of the intersection of Main Street and Walnut Street	Left turns at intersections only
All corners except the northeast corner of the intersection of Main Street and Poplar Street	No U turn
The southeast corner of the intersection of Main Street and Walnut Street	No U turn (applicable to east bound traffic)
Center stripe of Main Street just east of the intersection of Main Street with Spruce Street	No U turn
