The following penalties herewith set forth in full shall apply to this chapter.
(A) It is unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions adopted in this chapter.
(B) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, may be, at the discretion of the Municipal Judge of the town, fined in accordance with the following:

Second offense | $50 to $300 |
Third offense | Discretion of the Court to $300 |
