For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. The word “shall” is mandatory and not merely directory or discretionary.
MODEL TRAFFIC CODE FOR COLORADO MUNICIPALITIES. The edition of the Model Traffic Code for Colorado Municipalities as promulgated by the State Department of Transportation, last adopted by the Board of Trustees of the town.
TOWN OF LA JARA MODEL TRAFFIC CODE. The Model Traffic Code above referenced as modified, amended, and republished by the Town of La Jara, Colorado.
TOWN ORDINANCE. Any ordinance of the Town of La Jara, the violation of which provides, upon conviction thereof, fines or penalties and/or imprisonment.
