The Enterprise shall have all powers and authority granted to water activity enterprises by the provisions of the Act, including, but not limited to, the power to conduct and continue water activities as defined in the Act; the power to contract, with any person or entity, including other districts as defined in the Act and other water activity enterprises as defined in the Act; and the power to issue and reissue revenue bonds through its governing body in accordance with and through the provisions of C.R.S. § 37-45.1-104(2).
