§ 52.04 INTERPRETATION.
   This chapter shall be so interpreted and construed so as to effectuate it general purpose with Appendix B of the State Department of Public Health and Environment and the State Plumbing Code providing for a uniform system of regulation of a municipality’s source of potable water to its customers.
