§ 32.21 MEETINGS.
   (A)   (1)   The regular City Council meeting shall be conducted on the first Monday night of each month unless a holiday shall fall on a regular meeting night, at which time the meeting shall be held on the next regular weekday which is not a holiday. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 p.m. in the LaGrange City Hall Building, 37 West Jefferson Street, LaGrange, Kentucky.
      (2)   All regular meetings of public agencies, boards and any committees or subcommittees of the city shall be held on recurring dates, times and places with notice made available to the public by alternative internet or newspaper advertisements in accordance with KRS 424.145 considering space requirements, seating capacity and acoustics. Publication will be deemed to have occurred on the date that the advertisement is posted on the city’s website.
   (B)   Special meetings of the Council may be called by the Mayor or upon written request of a majority of the Council. In the call, the Mayor or Council shall designate the purpose, time and place of the special meeting with sufficient notice for the attendance of Council members and for compliance with KRS Chapter 61.
   (C)   At a special meeting, no business may be considered other than that set forth in the designation of purpose.
   (D)   The minutes of every meeting shall be signed by the person responsible for maintaining city records as provided under § 31.36 and by the officer presiding at the meeting.
