(A) The comprehensive zoning ordinance, subdivision regulations and comprehensive plan of the county, and the cities of LaGrange, Pewee Valley and Crestwood, and heretofore passed and approved by the County Planning and Zoning Commission and the County Fiscal Court and heretofore submitted to the City Council for its consideration and all subsequent amendments thereto which are adopted by the city, are hereby adopted in full as if written in full length in words and figures herein, with the following exception: Section 609 - Dimension and area requirements in commercial districts, of the comprehensive zoning ordinance shall be amended to provide that minimum lot area without sanitary sewers shall be 43,560 square feet rather than none as originally set forth in the ordinance.
(B) A copy of this chapter along with a copy of the comprehensive zoning ordinance, subdivision regulations, comprehensive plan and the zoning map based upon these regulations, and copies of all subsequent amendments thereto, shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk and the County Court Clerk’s office.
