§ 140.03 WHERE SMOKING IS NOT REGULATED.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter to the contrary, the following area shall by exempt from the provisions of § 140.02: a person’s private dwelling, unless used as a childcare, adult day care or health care facility.
