§ 31.37 DEPUTY CLERK.
   (A)   The Deputy Clerk shall have all of the duties of the Clerk and shall attend the City Council meetings in the Clerk’s absence.
   (B)   The Deputy Clerk shall take the oath set forth in § 228 of the Kentucky Constitution.
   (C)   The Deputy Clerk shall execute an official bond in favor of the city in the amount of $10,000.
   (D)   The Deputy Clerk shall be paid an annual salary as passed in the annual budget ordinance for the city.
