§ 114.07 INSPECTION OF RECORDS AND MERCHANDISE.

Any person engaged as a merchant shall produce upon reasonable demand and during regular business hours, any records or merchandise requested by any member of the County Police Department, Kentucky State Police, city police, City of Pewee Valley Police and the County Sheriff’s Department.
