(A) Every food service establishment and/or retail food service establishment, as defined in KRS 217.015, in the city, including mobile food units, shall be required to present proof of their/its permit from the Kentucky Cabinet for Health Services as described in 902 KAR 45:110, and proof of inspection as issued by the County Health Department, or the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in accordance with the Kentucky Food Code, for reproduction by the city, when application is tendered for a business license.
(B) Mobile food units shall not park on city right-of-way or any streets located within the city limits without an approved event closing of right-of-way form.
