(A) Vendors under the age of 18 are not required to obtain a temporary vendor permit.
(B) The sale, delivery or peddling of fruits, vegetables, berries, eggs, farm produce and agricultural products, including vendors participating in the La Grange Farmers’ Market and Artisans do not require a temporary vendor permit.
(C) Home-based revenue generating activities where services are advertised and performed regularly are not exempt.
(D) Non-profit and not-for-profit fundraising sales carried on by religious, charitable, educational, benevolent, fraternal or social organizations which are registered with the Commonwealth of Kentucky as a non-profit corporation, are exempt.
(E) Casual and isolated sales, including yard sales and garage sales conducted on residential premises, are exempt.
(F) This chapter shall not apply to firework permits, which are covered under Chapter 93.
(G) Any holder of a current city business license is not required to obtain a temporary vendor permit.
