§ 111.05 REVOCATION PROCEDURE.
   Any permit granted under this chapter may be revoked by the city at any time for violations including, but not limited to, willful misstatements, fraudulent activity, misrepresentation and any violation of local, state or federal laws. Notice of the revocation shall be mailed to the permit holder at his or her last known address, at least ten days prior to the date set for the hearing.
