§ 97.07 STREET TREE SPECIES TO BE PLANTED.
   The Tree Board may formulate an official street tree list of species and sub-species for the city. The list of allowable species shall be broken down into categories of small, medium and large trees. No citizen shall plant any trees on city right-of-way, city property or city parks without approval of the Board or Director of Public Works.
