§ 97.03 TERM OF OFFICE.
   The initial Tree Board members shall serve one year and all future Board members will serve for two years. In the event that a vacancy shall occur during the term of any member, his or her successor shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council for the unexpired portion of the term.
