§ 97.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   STREET TREES. Trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation on land lying between property lines on either side of all streets, avenues or on the rights-of-way or easements within the city. Boundaries to property lines may be indicated on deeds or plats. STREET TREES may include any trees on city parks, traffic circles or traffic triangles which are the property of the city. Boundary disputes shall be submitted to the county surveyor or the planning and zoning maps will be used for resolution.
